Pop-Up Blockers
Pop-up blockers are the number one reason clients have trouble accessing the TCO/BPM site. Not only does Microsoft have built-in blockers, all ancillary tool bars like Yahoo!, Goggle, MSN, and others have their own unique blockers.
Turning off pop-up blocker protection is probably not a good idea but there are a couple of easy solutions to allow easy access to the TCO/BPM administration site.
The simplest fix is to hold down the Control Key while clicking on the Submit button at the log in screen. This is convenient if you are logging in from a machine other than your normal work machine.
The better fix is to set your Microsoft Internet Explorer to always allow pop-ups from our administrative site. To do this follow the steps below:
